Meridian Street Glass

John McDonald is an emerging young artist from America's midwest. He has spent most of his life working with glass as an art form, starting with high school art classes at Liberal High School in Kansas.

Meridian Street Art Glass was established in 1999. With the challenges every day to create and design new and exciting pieces, John finds fulfillment in seeing how people react to his creations. He enjoys "seeing what he imagined in his mind come to life at the end of a pipe."

Currently, John is creating art in Valley Center, Kansas, where he lives with his wife, two sons, daughter, and three dogs.

When ordering, note that each item is hand-blown. Variations in size and surfaces occur in the process that distinguishes them as handcrafted. Each piece has its own unique characteristics.
